Philanthropists must fill this out when donating DCC.

Station Rules:

3. Don't complain about how long your transaction is taking. I have a life outside of the computer.
4. Donations must be at least 100 DCC
5. Station closed automatically after 10 requests. Once queue is taken care of, it will be reopened.
